Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time or Part Time 📍 Macon HealthCare Center – Macon, MO Join our family-oriented skilled nursing facility as a Registered Nurse and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. We’re looking for caring, compassionate team players with strong clinical and communication skills. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current, unencumbered RN license in Missouri Strong organizational and leadership skills Key Responsibilities Assess patients and develop/revise care plans with the interdisciplinary team Administer medications/treatments, including IV fluids and meds Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs Maintain open communication with patients, families, and physicians Ensure quality care standards and regulatory compliance Assist with admissions, documentation, and staff scheduling
