Ebenezer is hiring a Registered Nurse/RN role who would be responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the adult long-term care center and transitional care unit patients are met.   • Harrison Skilled Nursing community in Minneapolis, MN, near beautiful Cedar Lake.Supported by Nurse Leader DON and CNA's and multi disciplinary departments. Nursing schedule includes;40 hours every two weeksPart time; Evening shiftIncludes every other weekend and holiday rotationResponsibilities: Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care PlanCoordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesRN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as neededProvides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares providedRequired:Current MN RN license or by start dateBLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currentlyenrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification.
