More than 900 providers and physicians provide 1.5 million patient visits a year coordinated through an integrated electronic health record. This is a full time, benefited position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Hours will vary as needed.

This is a working supervisor position meaning you are expected to step in for coverage needs. Manages daily staffing for assigned clinic operations. Ensures nursing practice reflects established standards of care and practice and a culture that promotes patient safety.
Under the general direction of the Manager/Director, shares leadership responsibilities for the nursing staff, including managing daily staffing plans. Responsible for managing and maintaining schedules for optimal efficiency. Works in partnership with Management and Physicians to ensure quality and efficiency in the management of patient care.
Management and development of clinical staff. Contributes to operations management of assigned business unit(s). Participates in budget planning and management.

Associates degree plus two years applicable clinical experience. Requires excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, team development, planning and follow-through. Ability to exercise the authority and responsibility for assigned services based on the scope of the organization and complexity of patient care.
Graduate of an accredited program. Required Certification/Registration: Maintains current California RN license. Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required in clinical setting.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: BSN and/or certification in area of specialty preferred if applicable. Leadership experience. Clinic/outpatient experience.
