Qualifications Required: 2 years acute care RN experience OR one year of acute-care RN experience and 2 years of acute-care LPN experience Diploma or Associate Nursing Registered Nurse (KY & IN) Must have and maintain an active Compact/Multistate RN license or active RN licensure in both KY and IN
