Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week Location: 1 Ford Place, Detroit, MI 48202 Work Setting: In-office position; remote and hybrid arrangements are not available. **What You Will Do** **Master the referral flow:** Process referrals and schedule customer visits for all Home Health Care clinical disciplines—think of yourself as the conductor orchestrating the perfect care symphony! **Be the bridge builder:** Act as the go-to liaison between our amazing customers and clinicians, troubleshooting service issues and keeping everyone on the same page. **Become the office MVP:** Provide stellar support to team members, medical staff, and other professionals—you'll be the person everyone knows they can count on. **Thrive in the hustle:** Juggle shifting priorities and adapt to changing tasks with ease, keeping our workflow smooth and efficient while staying cool under pressure.
Qualifications Required Qualifications High school diploma or G. E. D. equivalent.
Computer proficiency, including accurate typing and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong organization skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills to manage office workflow effectively.
Previous Home Health Care experience, office/administrative support experience, or completion of a college degree.
