You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current Montana Radiologic Technologist License (required).
Certifications
✓ARRT Registration in Radiography (R) (required).
✓ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography (CT), or the ability to obtain within the required timeframe.
✓Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within two months of hire.
Qualifications
✓Working knowledge of radiographic positioning, CT imaging protocols, cross-sectional anatomy, anatomy and physiology, and radiation safety principles.
✓Ability to perform equipment quality assurance testing, preventive maintenance checks, and identify equipment issues requiring service.
✓Strong organizational, critical thinking, communication, and customer service skills.
✓Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
✓Experience using electronic health records and PACS systems.
✓Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software and technology.
Previous experience performing both diagnostic radiography and CT in an acute care or hospital setting. preferred
Experience with Meditech and/or Cerner (Oracle) electronic health record systems. preferred
Experience assisting with specialty imaging procedures. preferred
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and patient care. preferred
