Senior Accounting Manager

Certifications
✓Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
Education
✓Bachelor-s degree in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, or a related field.
Qualifications
✓Seven (7) or more years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
✓Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, general ledger accounting, accounts payable, internal controls, and financial planning and analysis.
✓Experience leading complex close, reconciliation, reporting, audit, tax, or compliance activities.
✓Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.
✓Strong analytical problem-solving, project-management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
✓Ability to prioritize competing deadlines, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Three (3) to four (4) years of public accounting or audit experience. preferred
Experience in health care, a complex multi-entity environment, or another highly regulated industry. preferred
Experience with Business Central, TM1, banking platforms, investment accounting, and financial-reporting systems. preferred
Experience managing and developing accounting professionals. preferred
Knowledge of Kaiser Permanente-s organizational environment and experience partnering across multiple business groups. preferred
