Senior Administrative Assistant Neurosurgery

Education
✓High School Equivalent / GED (Required) and
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Qualifications
✓5+ years experience in an administrative position (Required) and
✓Detail-oriented and organized, with good analytical and problem solving ability. (Required proficiency)
✓Notable client service, communication and relationship building skills. (Required proficiency)
✓Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment. (Required proficiency)
✓Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. (Required proficiency)
✓Excellent typing skills. (Required proficiency)
✓Demonstrated ability to use PCs, Advanced Microsoft Office suite knowledge, and knowledge of general office equipment (i.e., printers, copy machine, FAX machine, etc.). (Required proficiency)
Previous experience in hospital operations or healthcare (Preferred)
Oracle, Kronos, STATIT, PowerBI and CPM (Preferred proficiency)
