AAPCP Credential preferred
Microsoft Excel Expert Certification preferred
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration, or a-related, field preferred.
Qualifications
✓A minimum of five years of compensation or finance, or related experience required.
✓A minimum of three years of provider compensation experience required.
✓Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, data modeling, forecasting, and data analysis techniques as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
✓Demonstrated ability to interpret provider compensation, productivity, and benchmark data to support compensation-related decision-making.
✓Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
✓Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
✓Possesses critical thinking and analytical skills. Ability to multi-task. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
