Certifications
✓LICENSE/CERT: Required: CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP (Society of HR Management - Certified Professional or Senior Certified Professional), PHR/SPHR
Education
✓Required: High School or Equivalent, Equivalent Experience - equivalent combination of professional certification & job experience., Preferred: Bachelors - Health Administration, Bachelors - Human Resources, Bachelors - Related Field, Bachelors - Business Administration
Qualifications
✓At least 8 years of progressive compensation experience.
✓Experience working with compensation survey tools and HRIS systems. Experience conducting job evaluations, salary administration, and compensation cost modeling.
Extensive experience building compensation framework and salary structures, with experience in conducting assessments and recommending improvements. Proven history of leading the design and administration of annual merit and market review processes. Healthcare experience preferred.
