✓Relevant workflow automation certification or ability to obtain certification after hire.
LICENSE/CERT: Preferred: HL7 FHIR(Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) Certification, SQL Server Certification
Education
✓Required: Bachelors - Health Administration, Bachelors - Health Information Management, Bachelors - Business Administration, Bachelors - Nursing, Equivalent Experience - equivalent combination of professional certification & job experience.
Qualifications
✓Three (3) or more years of healthcare operational experience.
✓Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
✓Ability to translate operational and clinical requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
✓Understanding of healthcare operations, workflow design, systems thinking, large language models, and prompt engineering concepts.
✓Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
✓Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and process-mapping tools.
✓Experience with healthcare workflows, process improvement, operational optimization, or technology implementations.
✓Experience gathering business requirements and working with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
✓Experience with healthcare workflow automation or low-code automation platforms. Experience with EHR platforms, including Oracle Health (Cerner).
✓Experience with Oracle (Cerner) CCL, SQL, JavaScript, HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, healthcare interfaces, or systems integrations.
✓Experience supporting digital transformation, workflow optimization, operational excellence, analytics, or dashboard development.
✓Knowledge of artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, generative AI, large language models, or prompt engineering.
✓Position is remote. Applicant must reside in one of the following States: AL, AK, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, LA, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV and WY
