Qualifications
✓Minimum 3-5 years of experience in research compliance, bioresources management, or related regulatory field
✓Demonstrated knowledge of federal and institutional research compliance regulations (USDA, NIH, FDA guidelines)
✓Strong proficiency with documentation systems and laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex compliance requirements clearly
✓Advanced organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
✓Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to generate comprehensive compliance reports
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
✓Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all documentation
✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
✓Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
Experience with IACUC protocols and animal care standards (preferred)
Knowledge of biosafety protocols and biohazard handling procedures (preferred)
Experience with grant management and regulatory submissions (preferred)
Audit preparation and quality assurance experience (preferred)
