Responsibilities The Sr Data Center Operations Analyst installs, configures, and maintains servers, networks, and storage systems according to established procedures and policies. Administers data center operations to ensure data performance, availability, and security. The Sr Data Center Operations Analyst provides timely, accurate, and consistent technical infrastructure service and presentation to internal and external clients.
The Sr Data Center Operations Analyst monitors and maintains environmental conditions to ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and power supply to prevent downtime and protect hardware from damage. This position offers a fully remote work opportunity. Employees in this role must reside in one of the following states to be considered for fully remote positions: Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Virginia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina Qualifications Required: Three years' experience in an IT discipline Desired: Associates in IT Network+ Certification, Security+ Certification, ITIL Certification
