The Business Analyst actively advocates the design and optimization of technology solutions and processes aimed at advancing technical and business capabilities. The role accomplishes this mission by driving clarity and promoting sound decision-making via collaboration between Finance, other corporate and clinical service areas. This person must be self-motivated, but also work well in a team environment.
Leads and participates in discussions to analyze, challenge and improve business processes within the department. Identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements, create detailed business analysis reports and outline business problems, opportunities, and solutions. Writes documentation to describe program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.
Develops training materials and trains end users to operate new or modified programs or processes. Troubleshoot and test report results as necessary. Special projects as needed.
