Qualifications
✓? Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in radiology or imaging services, including 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
✓? Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-modality radiology departments in an acute care or academic medical center setting.
✓? Experience with regulatory surveys and compliance (e.g., The Joint Commission, ACR accreditation).
✓? Visionary leadership with the ability to drive transformation and innovation.
✓? Strong executive presence, communication, analytic and collaboration skills.
✓? Expertise in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, imaging technologies, PACS/RIS systems, and healthcare IT
