About the role

Leads the day-to-day administration and operational management, governance, and continuous improvement of the Mount Sinai Leadership Academy and its portfolio of leadership development offerings.

What you’ll do
Partners with the ExecutivePartners with the Executive Sponsor to operationalize the Academy’s strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans, initiatives, and learning pathways
