About the role

To provide software and operational support on the various applications utilized by Practice Plus/BH/Arkansas Health Group. This includes serving as a liaison between various departments including the IT Team and 3rd party companies. Applicants for this position must be able to demonstrate work authorization at the time of beginning employment. The employer is not currently sponsoring this position for immigration work authorization, including, but not limited to, non-immigrant work status, non-immigrant work status change of employer, or employment-based permanent residency sponsorship . HS Diploma and/or equivalent.
Software support and training experience.
Experience in the medical field.
Must be detail oriented and be able to troubleshoot software problems and /or questions.
Computer Skills, i.e. Medical software and MS Office based applications.
Clear understanding of revenue cycle
