Provide telephone triage andProvide telephone triage and clinical guidance , directing patients to the appropriate level of care, emergency services, or timely cardiology follow-up based on their symptoms and needs
Coordinate urgent and emergentCoordinate urgent and emergent care for patients experiencing acute or concerning cardiac symptoms , working closely with cardiologists and the clinical team to ensure timely intervention
Communicate effectively with cardiologistsCommunicate effectively with cardiologists, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to facilitate care, address patient concerns, and support individualized treatment plans
