✓Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources Management or related discipline OR a Master's degree (or ability to obtain a Master's degree within one year) and two years of progressive experience in compensation or a related field required.
Qualifications
✓Three years of progressive experience in Compensation or related field, with emphasis on the practical application of statistical theory.
✓Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
✓Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
✓Ability to work autonomously and make independent decisions.
✓Strong computer skills, including familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Access, and HRIS systems.
✓Excellent oral and written communication skills.
✓Customer-service focused and able to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees and managers in a team-based environment.
✓High level of agility and sense of urgency in dealing with clients and executives.
✓Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
