About the Position: Inpatient vascular care coverage at three of Norton Healthcare’s adult service hospitals in Louisville and Southern Indian 11 office locations (five in Louisville and six outreach locations) 1 in 6 call coverage; additional call pay offered for 1 in 6 coverage Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance for qualifying candidates; continuing medical education opportunities and more The physician is responsible for recording a detailed medical history of each patient in the electronic medical record, including, but not limited to, chief complaint, present condition, individual history, and family history.
Performing appropriate physical examination of each patient. Analyzing reports and/or findings of tests and personal examinations in order to assess the medical condition of the patient, including diagnosing the patient's injury or illness and formulating a prognosis.
