Crouse’s Starbucks team is hiring a Starbucks Barista to provide high-quality beverages and food products, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and food items according to Starbucks standards. Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service. Recommend products and answer customer questions.
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, dining area, and workstations. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.

High school diploma or equivalent required One (1) year of customer service experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
