Job Summary The Sup Pharmacist ensures safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy operations by leading daily workflows, supervising staff, and upholding regulatory standards.

Degrees: Bachelor of Pharmacy Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy Doctor of Pharmacy Preferred Licenses &

Adv. Cardiac Life SupportAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) with course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) required for inpatient positions prior to or within 6 months of employment. Preferred for All Outpatient IV Sterile CertificationRequired for all inpatient areas and Fondren Pharmacy All other Outpatient Basic Life SupportAmerican Heart Association or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of employment.

Pharmacist Texas Pharmacist License or eligible for Texas Pharmacist License; must obtain licensure within 90 days of employment. Texas Pharmacist Preceptor Certification Preferred Work
