Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position. OverviewPOSITION

The Food Production Supervisor plans, administers and directs all unit activities related to food production, culinary operations and complying with the standards established by the Food & Nutrition Services Department and regulatory agencies. Lead food production staff. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified food service experience for patients, visitors and staff.

QualificationsREQUIRED

Associate Degree in culinary or High School Degree and three years of experience as a lead in the food service or hospitality industry Licensure/Certifications:Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) through ANSI approved program within 90 days of employment Allergen certification within 90 days of employment Other skills/knowledge:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented

Bachelor Degree

5 Years of experience in related position, such as Food Production Supervisor in a Healthcare setting Licensure/Certifications:Certified Dietary Manager Other skills/knowledge:Purchasing, Culinary, Math, and Computer skills OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
