Certifications
✓One-year clinical internship in a National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Science (NAACLS) accredited clinical laboratory science program or approved alternate career path that meets certification eligibility requirements Required and
✓Certification in one of the following: - Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent certification.
✓Medical Laboratory Scientist American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) (United States of America) within 1 Year Required or
✓Medical Technologist American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) (United States of America) within 1 Year Required
Education
✓Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or in Chemistry, Biology or related field.
Qualifications
✓4-6 years Clinical laboratory experience Required
✓Work schedule requirements: Able to work scheduled shift and may be asked to change shifts to meet departmental staffing needs. May be asked to work extended hours.
✓Shares corporate vision, goals and information

✓Involves staff
✓Creates an environment where staff are involved in decision making and changes that affect the work they do. Ask staff for input and integrates
