This role is responsible for supervising laboratory staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and implementing quality assurance measures to optimize laboratory performance and operational reliability. Performs other duties as assigned.
All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science, biology, chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience as defined by CLIA regulations. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
