The Supervisor will have multi department responsibility and will supervise a team of employees who have daily interactions with providers/service line leaders. The Supervisor is responsible for providing direction, leadership, project management and oversight of the business functions for the designated area.
Responsible for staff, work processes and quality initiatives in the assigned program, pharmacy, or service line. The Supervisor will have a strong knowledge of the area and will skillfully use interpersonal, customer service, problem solving and collaboration skills to support and manage operational objectives. This position partners with key stakeholders to drive strategic objectives, including, but not limited to program growth, financial stewardship, quality assurance, customer service, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
