The Supervisor ensures efficient workflow and operations, supervises staff and staffing levels, and provides exceptional communication to both staff and other members of management.

Ensures staff members are prepared and properly supported. Maintains a patient-focused environment. Ensures efficient workflow, staffing levels, and delegation of responsibilities.
Assists in departmental policy decisions, hiring activities, budgeting, and safety standards enforcement. Maintains records for staff, has crucial conversations with staff when needed, and communications and enforces policies and procedures to staff. Remains current on developments in the field of Imaging and attends training sessions to maintain knowledge, as necessary.
Ensures that quality control tests and procedures are conducted and documented, and that all equipment meets regulatory requirements. Graduate of an ARRT, RDMS, ARMRIT, or NMTCB Accredited School. Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology preferred. 4 years of imaging experience required.
Previous MRI experience highly preferred. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Effective analytical ability and interpersonal skills.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: ARRT Certificate OR Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC) OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) within 30 days of hire.
