✓CRCST certification (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) required within 18 months of departmental hire.

Education
✓HS Diploma/GED with previous supervisory experience or an individual with demonstrated leadership ability is required.
A Bachelor's Degree in business administration, related field, or equivalent and three years of management experience is preferred.
Qualifications
✓Building location to be determined at time of offer and may require flexibility for cross coverage.
✓Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills are required. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel) in word processing, spreadsheet, and computer data entry skills are necessary.
✓Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
✓Demonstrates excellent analytical skills, written and oral communication skills and ability to meet project timelines.
Experience in supply chain operations, customer service, or related environments preferred.
Knowledge of reprocessing principles, quality assurance, inventory control, and continuous performance improvement concepts is preferred.
