✓To qualify, applicants must have a valid ST Certification from an Accreditated School and 12 months of orthopedic and operating room experience.
✓BLS Certified with AHA
✓Scrub Tech Certification
Education
✓Current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, need to log in to Workday via MyApps.
✓High School Diploma or GED Plus Graduate of an NBSTSA-accredited Surgical Technology program OR NCCT-approved Surgical Technology program OR Completed military surgical/scrub tech training OR have two or more years of on-the-job surgical/scrub experience in an acute care facility or ambulatory
Qualifications
✓1 year of operating room experience
✓Orthopedic experience
✓Color discrimination, Near visual acuity
✓Hazards: Biological, Chemical, Fumes/Gases/Odors, Radiation, Sharp objects/tools
✓This position is subject to pre-employment screening (criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification).
