Certifications
✓Non-licensed/certified candidates may be considered.
✓Non-24-Hour Opportunity locations May consider non-certified candidates with applicable surgical technologist experience. 24-Hour-Opportunity locations May consider non-experienced perioperative candidates.
✓American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
✓Must understand English both written and spoken, must be able to safely and successfully perform job-related functions, with or without reasonable accommodation required by federal, state, or local law.
Preferred Licensure - Certification: Surgical Technology Certification preferred.
Education
✓High-School Diploma or GED are required. You may be asked to provide proof of education.
Successful completion of a Postsecondary certificate or associate degree in Surgical Technology from an accredited surgical technology program. preferred
HS Diploma or GED. Surgical Technology experience or Graduate with a Degree in Surgical Technology or completion certification from an accredited surgical technology program preferred.
Qualifications
Surgical Technologist III preferred
The Surgical Technologist II is able to successfully and independently participate in low to moderate acuity cases. May be a new graduate ST for a location that performs complex cases. Can perform as a Primary preceptor for new co-workers and/or students. preferred
The Surgical Technologist III is able to successfully and independently participate in complex to moderately complex acuity cases. May not be an expert in every specialty. preferred

About the role
