The System Vice President of Quality and Safety spearheads organizational performance and transformation, upholds excellent patient care, and impacts performance scores. In this impactful leadership role, you will leverage your expertise to oversee quality, clinical effectiveness, and patient safety across our entire healthcare system.

Leads and facilitates the clinical quality measurement, analysis, improvement, monitoring, and reporting activities of Tower HealthDirects and oversees the work of the quality, clinical effectiveness, and patient safety teams at each of the Tower Health Hospitals and works closely with nursing professional developmentWorks collaboratively with leadership, hospital departments, and medical staff to advance the principles of continuous quality improvement to enhance the provision of safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care and servicesProactively advances strategic priorities through alignment with, but not limited to patient safety, infection prevention and control, patient experience, nursing quality (Magnet designation), regulatory and accreditationThrough effective leadership and knowledge of current healthcare laws, regulations, standards, and best practices, creates an environment that supports and conveys a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement to drive organizational transformation in care delivery and operationsBrings a comprehensive, collaborative, quantitative, results-driven approach to the work, while possessing the professional maturity and ability to build relationships and alliances with internal and external constituencies#LI-AH1#READ#INDMISC QualificationsExperience in a healthcare quality leadership position in acute care with direct responsibility for CMS and Leapfrog submissions and improvements requiredMaster's degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Master's degreeClinical background a plusCPHQ certification helpful OverviewTower Health is a regional integrated healthcare system that offers leading-edge, compassionate healthcare and wellness services to communities in Berks, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties.
