Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for the full-cycle onboarding process of newly hired employees to Baptist Health. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures a smooth, professional, compliant experience from offer acceptance through the first day of employment. Other information: High School diploma required Bachelor’s degree or 3 - 4 years of clerical, telephone, and data entry experience required Experience in human resources and/or onboarding strongly preferred Punctual and regular attendance Attention to detail and ability to prioritize Strong communication (verbal/written), organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Standard office environment, in-person with extended periods of computer use This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
