Talent Selection Specialist - Springfield, MO (Hybrid)

Find your calling at Mercy! The Talent Selection Specialist provides operational and administrative support to Talent Acquisition. This role ensures efficient recruiting processes by managing candidate travel, recruitment events, vendor coordination, bonus program administration, and Workday system tasks.

The Specialist partners with recruiters, hiring leaders, and vendors to deliver a high level of customer service and ensure data accuracy, financial reconciliation, and seamless candidate experience. Position Details:Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate interviews, calendars, travel, expenses, and invoices. Manage candidate travel logistics and reimbursements.

Support recruitment events, conferences, and resident/fellowship recruitment initiatives. Administer sign-on and referral bonus programs. Perform Workday tasks, reporting, referral matching, and data management.

Support vendor processes and recruitment operations. Provide exceptional service to candidates, recruiters, hiring leaders, and vendors. QualificationsExperience in recruiting, HR, administration, or customer service.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Workday experience preferred. Why Mercy?
