Role Overview As the Team Leader of Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) for Population Health, you will support the leadership team in day-to-day operations and provide guidance and mentoring for the Mobile Integrated Health Medics. You¿ll continue to perform the duties of an MIH Medic, delivering comprehensive, safe, and efficient in-home care as an alternative to emergency department visits or hospitalizations. Support the leadership team in day-to-day operations of the Mobile Integrated Health program. Provide guidance and mentoring for Mobile Integrated Health Medics. Deliver comprehensive, safe, and efficient in-home care as an MIH Medic.
Develop collaborative relationships with an interdisciplinary care team. Utilize Epic and MIH platforms to ensure seamless operations and patient care. Qualifications What You Will Need Required Qualifications Current MIH Medic.
Three (3) years of clinical experience as a paramedic with progressively increasing responsibilities. No disciplinary actions taken within one (1) year of application. Strong clinical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Licensure as a Paramedic with a valid, unrestricted State of Michigan license. Valid State of Michigan Driver¿s License.
