Education
✓Attends, demonstrates and participates in required in-services, performance improvement activities, and other education programs.
✓Associate’s Degree | Radiologic Technology | Required
✓High School Diploma, GED, or Project Search Graduate | Radiologic Technology | Required
Qualifications
✓Excellent interpersonal skills
✓The incumbent is to maintain practice of departmental and institutional policies, procedures, regulations, and information.
✓Control unnecessary costs to the patients and the facility.
✓Assist Radiologist and other physicians during procedures.
✓Customer service -Promotes good department, inter-department and public relations.
✓Incumbent receives patient and visitors both in person and by phone concerning their exams.
✓Assist in supervising student technologist/technicians to ensure proper guidance during procedures as part of their training.
✓AIDET to be done with all patients.
✓Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Must reflect a positive, caring attitude toward clients, patients, staff and the public we serve
✓Minimize unnecessary radiation exposure to patients.
