Time Executive Assistant at UCI Health - Placentia Linda. Your Role on the Team Job duties include, but are not limited to: Administer timesheet system; entering and correcting employee time, missed hours, and meal breaks. Assist four leadership nurses by maintaining education records, professional licenses, and FILS/NOVA/strip competency documentation. Follow up on outstanding documentation, update compliance files, and support LOA, Workers' Comp, and regulatory readiness efforts. Participate in department meetings, prepare and maintain meeting notes, and handle discharge reconciliation and operational escalations. What It Takes to be Successful Required: Previous experience in administrative or office support roles. Proficiency with digital timekeeping/payroll systems and record-keeping software. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail in tracking compliance and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interdisciplinary coordination and meeting minutes. Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English. Preferred: Prior administrative experience within a healthcare or hospital setting. Familiarity with API timekeeping systems and nursing/occupational health compliance standards. Experience supporting union relations, grievance processes, or performance management workflows. Ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple leaders in a fast-paced environment.
