You’ll need
Certifications
✓Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or ability to obtain within one (1) year of hire or transfer
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred
Education
✓Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Public Administration, or related field
✓Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
Qualifications
✓Four (4) years of experience in project management, strategic operations, business operations, human resources, organizational effectiveness, analytics, or a related field
✓Project management principles, methodologies, and tools
✓Strategic planning and operational execution
✓Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting
✓Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint presentation development
✓SharePoint administration and intranet content management
✓Change management methodologies and organizational readiness practices
✓Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✓Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
✓Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
