Qualifications
✓A minimum of 1 year of experience
✓The Coordinator maintains required trainee and program records, supports sponsor reporting, and monitors compliance with sponsor, institutional, and award requirements
✓Ability to interpret and communicate sponsor, institutional, and award policies and requirements to faculty, trainees, and administrative partners
✓Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple awards, competing deadlines, detailed records, and recurring reporting requirements
✓Ability to exercise independent judgment, maintain confidentiality, work independently and collaboratively, and provide responsive customer service
✓Consideration for Work Authorization Sponsorship Must be able to provide proof of work authorization
