You’ll need
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
✓CPR certification must meet American Heart Association (AHA) standards and include both didactic instruction and hands-on skills demonstration within 30 days of hire.
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent required.

✓Ability to safely transport patients and equipment throughout the facility.
✓Understanding of patient privacy, confidentiality, and safety practices.
✓May work in areas where medications are stored and may transport medications during patient transport activities. Medication transportation is limited to transfers between designated departments in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Previous customer service, healthcare, patient transport, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
