Qualifications
✓3+ years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions or UltiPro), with a focus on scheduling.
✓Must be able to travel up to 20%. Selected candidate will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
✓Strong understanding of scheduling best practices, workforce planning, and labor compliance.
✓Experience configuring scheduling rules, labor groups, locations, and organizational hierarchies in UKG.
✓Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and validate large datasets.
✓Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
