Join our team members who have strong work ethic, positive attitudes, and support each other thru collaborative teamworkWe pride ourselves in being compassionate and empathic to our patients and teamHere’s What You NeedAssociates Degree Ultrasound Technology Graduate of accredited Ultrasound Technology program (required) orCompletion of the requirements to be certified by RDMS (required) andARDMS - American Registry for Diagnostic and Medical Sonographers Upon Hire (required) andACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire (preferred) orBCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support Exception Quarterly 90 Days Upon Hire (required)2 years related experience (required)OB/GYN related experience (strongly preferred)Specific to OB/GYN:Must have experience doing gynecological and obstetrical sonograms to include the following:Normal and abnormal pelvic anatomyFetal anatomy and biophysical profileFetal anomalies, including ectopic pregnanciesAppropriate measurement techniques in transabdominal and endovaginal scanningAbility to identify what is expected to be seen in all three trimesters of pregnancyMust be comfortable verbally explaining all techniques and views to physician and patientBe familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within fieldPossesses a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism

Delivers care to patients utilizing the Ultrasonographer ProcessPerforming diagnostic sonographic examinations utilizing ultrasonic equipment to locate, evaluate and record critical functional, pathological and anatomical data. Prepares room for examination, greets patients, and educates patients on procedural information as needed. May schedule and coordinate tests.

Processes and manipulates images, analyzes image quality, and troubleshoots as needed. Properly records test results. Operates, cares for, and maintains equipment.

Prepares and maintains operational logs and documents malfunction as needed. Maintains equipment and room to sanitary standards. Stocks and orders supplies as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.
