Certifications
✓Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (S) or Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) required .
✓Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required , either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider
Education
✓Graduation from an accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
Qualifications
✓0-2 years
✓Abdomen including elastography, small parts, pelvic/OB GYN, scrotal & pelvic doppler
✓Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations.
✓Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
✓Computer literacy.
✓Ability to work overtime as required.
✓Ability to learn and use new processes, tools, equipment as required.
One year experience performing ultrasound scans preferred.
