Make a Difference The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound exams according to physician orders. Your exceptional skills and qualifications Exceptional communication and patient care skills Aptitude toward the team philosophy Ability to work independently without direct supervision Basic computer skills Sterile procedure Provides correct patient identification, technique, education, instruction, and transportation, as necessary Serves as preceptor for imaging procedures Operates all imaging and Doppler/duplex equipment with proper technique Meets all computer and documentation competencies
High School Diploma or GED required, graduate of an accredited imaging program preferred License: Must have ultrasound certification through ARDMS, ARRT (S) or CCI (If hired without a license, ARDMS or ARRT(S) or CCI certification required within 24 months of obtaining position) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certified Why Community?
