Certifications
✓Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or
✓Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Education
✓Coursework/Training: Graduate of an Ultrasound program accredited by the Joint Review Committee for Radiologic Technology Education (JRCRTE) or equivalent education/experience.
Qualifications
✓Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Sonography.
2 years experience. preferred

About the role
The Journeyman Registered Ultrasonographer is involved with the day-to-day Ultrasound Department operations located within Diagnostic Imaging. The sonographer requires minimal supervision, performs diagnostic medical sonograms both general and vascular, provides quality patient care, and assumes responsibility for all ultrasound services offered.
