Participates in practice changes resulting from performance improvement activities and accurately documents and monitor activities as needed. Interacts with patients in a manner appropriate to their age, acuity, and culture. Posts pertinent patient data in a timely manner.
Responds appropriately in emergency situations. Performs indirect patient care duties related to admission, transfer, and discharge.
