Unit Secretary

- Manage departmental communications and coordinate between nursing staff, physicians, and patients - Transcribe physician orders (in the absence of CPOE/EMR) with proper notation and signature by nursing staff - Prepare, compile, and maintain patient charts, logs, and unit documentation - Order and restock supplies and forms for the unit - Accurately enter data into hospital computer systems, supporting nursing staff with non-clinical administrative tasks
