Role Overview As a Unit Secretary, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of your assigned unit by handling all clerical and reception duties.

You will support healthcare professionals, patients, and their families, contributing to a seamless and compassionate care experience. Your work is essential in maintaining an organized and efficient environment, directly impacting patient care and team productivity. Manage all clerical and reception duties for your assigned unit. Ensure a welcoming and organized environment for patients and visitors. Support healthcare professionals by maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication.

Qualifications What You Will Need Required Qualifications High school diploma or G. E. D. equivalent.

One year of experience in a healthcare setting such as a medical office, hospital, or laboratory.

Previous experience as a unit secretary.
