Your role is integral to maintaining effective communication and coordination within the healthcare team, enhancing patient care delivery and outcomes. Position Details:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in medical office administration.
Prior experience using computers and computer systems to enter data, or process information. Experience working with the public; customer service. Preferred
Prior clerical experience working in a healthcare setting. Preferred Other: Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and HIPAA regulations preferred. Why Mercy?
