Performs sanitation for assigned work area in accordance with departmental procedures and health department guidelines. Clear tables of dishes and other used items. Expedite food items and service customers. Receive and place food orders from customers when applicable. Clean, stock and maintain service station and all service areas where applicable Complete any closing side work assigned. Demonstrate an understanding of and proficiency with the Culture of Service model. *Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors. *Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
