Licensure
✓NMRTT Licensure — active New Mexico Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy Program license required.
Certifications
✓Educational and career development options, including tuition and certification reimbursement, scholarship opportunities
✓Differentials for night/weekend shifts, higher education, certifications and various lead roles (for eligible positions)
✓BLS Certification — current Basic Life Support certification required.
✓ARDMS/CCI Credential — Must pass registry exam for ARDMS (RVT) or CCI (RVS) within one year of hire.
Education
✓High School Diploma/GED — required.
✓Allied Health Training — completion of a two‑year accredited program in Ultrasound Technology or a bachelor’s degree in a health science field (cardiovascular technology, ultrasound, radiologic technology, respiratory therapy, nursing).
General/Vascular Ultrasound Program — graduation from an accredited program preferred.
